Axio Learning resources include detailed documentation, including online help, animated tutorials, Axio Release Guide, Axio Get Started Guide, Axio Survey Get Started Guide, Wimba Live Quick Reference and Axio training information.

For end-user support, before contacting the IT Help Desk there are a few things you can do to immediately improve your experience or resolve some common problems. The most important step is to take the Readiness Test, a series of questions to ensure your computer has the required software and settings. You are also advised to visit our downloads page to grab the latest versions of the required software.
